Terms and Conditions of Aero Breaks

GB Travels Limited (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Aero Breaks. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings for parking services made through Aero Breaks. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Customer: The person making a booking with Aero Breaks.
- Parking Provider: The company providing the parking services at the designated facility.
- Booking Confirmation: The email confirmation issued by us when you complete a booking.
- Services: Airport parking services facilitated by Aero Breaks.
2. Booking Process
- 2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a Booking Confirmation email containing your reservation details.
- 2.2 Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct. Please check your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors.
- 2.3 Amendments: Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing or via our customer service channels. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- 2.4 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- 3.1 Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start date of your booking are eligible for a full refund minus £25 admin fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date will incur a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable depending on the parking provider’s policy.
- 3.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- 3.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
4. Parking Services
- 4.1 Provider Responsibility: Aero Breaks acts as an agent between the customer and the parking provider. The parking provider is responsible for delivering the service as described in your booking.
- 4.2 Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and does not pose a risk to the parking provider’s premises.
- 4.3 Valet Services: If valet services are included, you must provide the parking provider with your car keys and follow their instructions.
- 4.4 Collection and Return: Ensure you collect your vehicle at the designated time. Delayed collection may result in additional charges.
5. Liability
- 5.1 Loss or Damage: Aero Breaks is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles or possessions left within them. Claims for damages must be directed to the parking provider.
- 5.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control).
- 5.3 Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- 6.1 Compliance: Customers must comply with all instructions and rules set by the parking provider.
- 6.2 Arrival Time: Arrive at the parking facility with sufficient time before your flight. We are not responsible for missed flights due to delays.
- 6.3 Prohibited Items: Do not leave hazardous materials or illegal items in your vehicle.
7. Complaints Procedure
- 7.1 Reporting Issues: If you encounter a problem with your parking service, please report it to the parking provider immediately and notify us within 7 days of your booking end date.
- 7.2 Resolution: We will work with the parking provider to resolve any issues. However, final liability for service delivery rests with the parking provider.
8. Privacy Policy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
